Vista Autism Services’ 2024 Annual Air Quality Report Confirms Clean and Safe Environment
We are pleased to announce that Vista Autism Services has once again received positive results from our annual air quality investigation and sampling, confirming that the air quality in our facilities remains within acceptable ranges. This testing is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all students, clients, and staff across our various locations.
This year’s air quality testing, conducted by EHC Associates, Inc., covered several key Vista facilities, including The Vista School campus, our Community Integration Centers, Vista Camp Hill, and the Vista Early Intervention Center. The testing process involved taking air samples from random classrooms, offices, and common spaces throughout these buildings on July 1 and July 24, 2024.
The samples were analyzed by Hayes Microbial Consulting, an accredited laboratory, for non-viable fungal spore counts and genus identification. We are happy to report that, as in previous years, the analysis confirmed that mold spore counts are currently within acceptable ranges when compared to outdoor levels. This means that our facilities continue to provide a clean and safe environment for all.
We will continue to perform air quality testing on an annual basis, and additional testing will be carried out if any issues, such as water intrusion, arise. Our commitment to ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for our community remains as strong as ever.
If you have any questions about the air quality testing, please feel free to contact us at Vista Autism Services.
Stay safe and breathe easy!
