Vista Integrated Calendar

Select the program calendar to view, modify the view, and access options to print using the controls.

Subscribe to Calendar Updates

You can subscribe to the Vista Integrated Calendar using iCalendar feeds. These feeds let you view Vista program calendars in Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and others. Feeds are read-only.

To subscribe: Click the blue circle menu icon, select “Preferences,” choose the feed you want, copy the link, and paste it into your preferred calendar system. Learn more about iCalendar feeds.

How to Use the Vista Integrated Calendar

Selecting Dates

Use the mini calendar in the right sidebar to choose the date range you want to view.

Use the arrows to move between months.
Click the month name to change the month.
Click the year to switch years.
The selected date will appear on the right.

Choosing Program Calendars

Turn individual program calendars on or off by clicking the program name in the left sidebar.

Click the eye icon next to “Calendars” to show or hide everything at once.
Click any program name to enable or disable it.
Only selected programs appear in the main calendar view.
A lock icon means the calendar is read-only.

Changing Your View

Use the toolbar to select the main calendar view you prefer.

Printing and Exporting

Click the blue circle menu icon for more options.

Print or export the current view as a PDF.
Adjust resolution settings for Agenda view.
