Vista’s Behavior Services program provides an ABA-driven approach to skill development and growth for adults living with autism in South Central Pennsylvania. Individuals gain holistic support guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts who develop strategies to teach essential skills across all life domains.
Vista’s Behavior Support Services begin with a comprehensive functional assessment to identify behaviors that keep an individual from fully integrating into their environment, whether at home, at work, or out in the community. Our program can benefit any adult with autism spectrum disorder or comparable symptomology.
Our behavior professionals use assessment results to develop a behavior support plan based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and a least restrictive approach. Plans include positive strategies that all members of an individual’s team can implement to decrease presenting issues and increase replacement skills. Behavior support staff collect data on an ongoing basis to track progress and guide decisions for plan changes as needed under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
