At Vista Autism Services, our boldest vision is to become obsolete in the lives of those we serve.
That may sound unusual for an organization like ours, but it is the truest measure of success. It means we are doing more than providing care. We are building self-sufficiency. We are giving individuals the skills, confidence, and support they need to navigate the world on their own terms.
We are pleased to release the 2024–2025 Vista Autism Services Annual Impact Report, a reflection of a year defined by resilience, strategic focus, and meaningful outcomes.
This report is, first and foremost, a message of gratitude. It honors the individuals, families, businesses, and foundations who chose to invest in possibility and stand alongside Vista this year. Their support strengthened programs, opened doors, and ensured that individuals with autism had access to the services, environments, and opportunities they deserve.
Inside, you will find stories that bring those investments to life, including:
• Employment Success: In a landscape where the national employment rate for adults with disabilities hovers around 22%, Vista clients achieved an employment rate exceeding 83%.
• Milestone Moments: From our largest-ever graduating class at The Vista School to early intervention students successfully transitioning back to their home school districts.
• Finding a Voice: How technology, evidence-based practice, and patience helped children move from isolation to connection. One family described the moment their child began to communicate as “like light bulbs coming on.”
This year’s impact is ultimately reflected in the dignity, independence, and opportunity gained by the individuals we serve.
