We are thrilled to share the release of our 2023-2024 Annual Impact Report, a comprehensive look at the incredible progress and stories from the past year. This report celebrates the strides made by individuals in our programs, the unwavering dedication of our staff, and the vital support of our donors and community partners.

Highlights from This Year’s Report:

Expanding Opportunities for Early Learners:
- With donor-supported tools like LAMP™ software and iPads, children in our Early Intervention program achieved transformative milestones in communication.
- The grand opening of a new playground, funded by the Rothrock and Stabler Foundations, provides a vibrant space for growth and play.
Employment Success Stories:
- Our Adult Employment Services program achieved a 94% employment rate, far surpassing the national average of 22.5%.
- Stories like FM’s success at Anna Rose Bakery highlight the power of matching skills with opportunities to create meaningful careers.
Empowering Client Choice and Independence:
- Programs like Vista’s Achieved Together Money (ATM) fund supported 28 grants for sensory tools, vocational equipment, and classroom enhancements.
- Clients in our Adult Day Services program engaged in a variety of activities, from science experiments to outings at Paulus Farm, fostering self-determination and connection.
Celebrating Educational Milestones:
- The Vista School’s Class of 2024, our largest graduating class in recent years, exemplifies the potential unlocked through personalized, supportive programming.
Strengthening Professional Expertise:
- With six behavior consultants completing certification fieldwork and five more achieving BCBA credentials, Vista continues to invest in the skills that enhance our services.

This year’s report also acknowledges the challenges we face, including the national workforce crisis in the I/DD sector, and reaffirms our commitment to meeting these challenges with innovation, compassion, and determination.
