Vista Autism Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Alicia Burger, MA, BCBA, LBS, as Executive Clinical Director.
Alicia brings more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, with a focus on advancing high-quality services for individuals with autism and their families. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania, and has also earned a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance from Drexel University.
In this role, Alicia will provide clinical leadership across programs with a focus on:
• Strengthening quality and consistency in service delivery
• Ensuring practices align with regulatory and payer expectations while keeping care compassionate and practical
• Supporting staff and teams with clear processes, collaborative problem-solving, and data-informed decision making
Alicia’s leadership emphasizes regulatory compliance, process improvement, and systems that support consistent, compassionate care. She has presented research at professional conferences, including studies on effective toilet training strategies, and is an active member of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts.
Her passion for ABA is rooted in both research and practice, and she believes success is best measured by helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Vista also extends sincere thanks to Dr. Timothy Caldwell, who has accepted a faculty position at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Tim will continue to support Vista in a part-time capacity, providing supervision, leading professional development sessions, and consulting with teams. We are grateful for his ongoing contributions and wish him the very best as he begins this exciting new chapter.
