18th Annual Walk for Autism Paints a Carnival of Colors What a day to remember! On Friday, September 19, Vista Autism Services held its 18th Annual Walk for Autism, and the result was nothing short of inspiring. With perfect weather, a fantastic turnout, and a Carnival of Colors theme, families, staff, and community partners came together to celebrate and support individuals with autism. Together we’ve already raised $25,000 toward our $35,000 goal—and there’s still time to make a difference! Your donation helps fund essential program needs across Vista—from the smallest items like boxes of crayons to the big-ticket purchases, such as new vans for our adult services program. Every dollar matters, and your support directly impacts the lives of children and adults with autism. Make your donation today and help us reach our goal. Highlights from this year’s walk The Vista School: Families joined students to meet classroom staff, walk the quad, enjoy snacks and refreshments courtesy of Giant Food Stores, visit with the Hershey Fire Department and Derry Township Police, and take part in outdoor games. Early Intervention: Parents enjoyed an afternoon of fun and games with their children, including a visit from the local library and officers from the Middletown Police Department. Camp Hill: Our Hershey and Camp Hill day program staff and clients walked through the neighborhood together before enjoying refreshments and activities. A special thank-you goes out to our Platinum Sponsor, the Rothrock Foundation, for their generous donation of 500 aluminum water bottles featuring the Carnival of Colors logo. Everyone looked incredible in their walk t-shirts—truly a carnival of colors from start to finish! There’s still time to support Vista Autism Services and help us reach our $35,000 goal. Donate now.
