Vista Autism Services is thrilled to announce the launch of our new integrated policy management system, the Compliance Hub, marking a significant technological advancement for the organization. This system aligns with our core values of excellence, teamwork, dependability, consistency, and dignity by giving employees quick and easy access to important policies, procedures, and forms—empowering them to deliver the highest quality care.
With the NAVEX PolicyTech platform, powered by AI, staff can now search for documents and answers using natural language, enabling faster access to critical information. The system offers multiple convenient ways to access policies, whether through ADP, the employee intranet, or direct links. It also allows employees to complete assigned tasks and review critical updates in one location, ensuring consistency across all departments.
Sabrina DeLong, Vista’s Director of Quality & Compliance and a 20-year veteran of the organization, has been instrumental in implementing the system. She noted the importance of this upgrade in improving access to essential documents. “This new platform is a major milestone for us. It not only improves access to the documents we need to do our jobs but also reinforces our commitment to upholding the highest standards of service, which ultimately supports the individuals we serve,” said Sabrina.
The Compliance Hub also introduces an anonymous reporting tool, allowing employees to file health, safety, or ethics concerns quickly and easily. This system is not just a resource but also an accountability tool, fostering a culture of openness and transparency, where staff can focus on their responsibilities with peace of mind.
