At Vista Autism Services, we are always looking for ways to improve the learning environments that support our students with autism. We are thrilled to announce that Vista Autism Services has been selected as a recipient of the T-Mobile Hometown Grant! This prestigious award will provide critical funding to transform classrooms at The Vista School into more engaging, flexible, and sensory-friendly spaces that cater to the unique learning needs of our students.
Every child deserves a learning environment that fosters growth, independence, and success. Thanks to T-Mobile’s generous support, we will be making significant upgrades to our classrooms, ensuring that students have access to adaptive learning spaces designed to meet their individual sensory and educational needs. These improvements will not only enhance students’ daily experiences but will also empower them with the tools to build skills for lifelong success.
“At The Vista School, we are dedicated to creating an educational environment where students with autism can thrive,” said Gaynelle Dillsworth, Executive Director of The Vista School. “Thanks to the support of the T-Mobile Hometown Grant, we can transform our classrooms into more engaging, flexible, and sensory-friendly learning spaces that meet the unique needs of our students. These enhancements will not only improve the daily learning experience but will also empower our students with the tools they need to build independence and reach their full potential. We are grateful to T-Mobile for investing in the future of our students and strengthening our mission to provide high-quality, individualized education.”
The impact of this grant extends beyond the walls of The Vista School. It strengthens families, educators, and the broader community by providing students with the resources and environment they need to succeed. Nzenalu Obinelo, CEO of Vista Autism Services, emphasized the significance of this investment:
“This generous grant from T-Mobile is more than just an investment in classrooms—it’s an investment in our entire community. By enhancing the learning spaces at The Vista School, we are fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment where students with autism can develop essential skills for lifelong success. We deeply appreciate T-Mobile’s commitment to making a meaningful impact in communities like ours, and we are excited to see the lasting benefits this transformation will bring.”
