Vista Autism Services is thrilled to welcome 19 new team members, marking our largest onboarding class of the year—and perhaps ever! These talented individuals bring diverse experiences and backgrounds, united by their shared commitment to Vista’s mission of advancing and innovating to improve lives and inspire hope for individuals with autism and their families.
Our new hires will be filling a variety of roles across all programs, enhancing the strength and diversity of our team. Each individual brings unique skills and perspectives, reflecting the importance we place on building a culture of belonging, compassion, and shared purpose. Their journeys to Vista are as inspiring as the work they are embarking on.
Vista’s newest team members bring a variety of inspiring stories about how they found their way to our organization. Some were drawn to Vista after witnessing the dedication and compassion of our staff in the community, where they were impressed by the impactful work being done to support individuals with autism. Others joined through personal referrals from friends, former employees, or colleagues who spoke highly of Vista’s supportive work environment and its commitment to excellence. Many were inspired by our strong reputation for delivering meaningful services and empowering individuals with autism, with some having personal connections to autism that motivated them to align their passion and expertise with our mission. A few discovered opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or job fairs, where personal testimonials and stories about Vista’s culture of compassion and innovation encouraged them to join our mission.
