Thank you for your interest in Vista’s Adult Services programs. Before submitting a referral please review the qualifications below to determine if you or an individual you support meets key eligibility criteria.
Eligibility for Vista Adult Services programs is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
We specialize in serving individuals with a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and associated symptoms such as persistent deficits in communication, social interaction or restricted/repetitive patterns of behavior, interests and activities.
Medical and psychiatric needs must not exceed supports required for symptoms associated with autism or comparable diagnosis.
Program participants must be ambulatory with limited assistance and able to safely ride in a vehicle with proper supports, if applicable.
We provide services throughout South Central Pennsylvania, predominantly Cumberland, Dauphin and Lebanon Counties, as well as portions of surrounding counties generally within a 30-mile radius of Hershey, PA.
For Employment and Day Services, participants must have means of transportation available to get to and from their program or job site.
